Returns, Exchanges, and Delivery
You can have your order delivered to any country worldwide via (depending on the country): Chronopost France and International (for any order placed before 12 p.m., your package will be delivered the next day before 6 p.m. at the delivery address specified at the time of your order, in mainland France (excluding Corsica), excluding weekends and public holidays), Colissimo, Delivengo La Poste, Domicile Europe, Mondial Relay.
For any order placed on a business day before noon, the order will be shipped the same day. We deliver internationally to DOM-TOM as well as to all countries worldwide (see the International section).
SHIPPING
For any order placed on a business day before noon, shipping will be done the same day. For any order placed after noon, shipping will be done the following business day (so on Monday for an order placed on Friday afternoon).
Shipments are made on business days. There is no shipping on weekends and public holidays. Shipping times are in business days, so they do not include weekends and public holidays.
DELIVERY
All orders will be delivered in suitable packaging to the address you provided or to the Mondial Relay location you selected when placing your order. Only paid orders will be shipped.
If a package is returned by the delivery service due to an insufficient or incorrect address, or because you did not pick up your package at the Mondial Relay point, you will be responsible for the shipping costs for the reshipment of the package. If a package is returned by the delivery service due to an insufficient or incorrect address, and you request a refund for the corresponding order, the refund amount from www.xrayproduction.com will be calculated by subtracting the shipping fees from the total paid.
Delivery Terms (Article 11)
Items are delivered to the address specified by the Buyer on the order form and only to countries authorized on the Website.
The Buyer must verify the completeness and accuracy of the information provided to the Seller. The Seller cannot be held responsible for any errors in input and the resulting consequences in terms of delivery delay or error. In this context, any costs incurred by the Seller for reshipping the order to the Buyer will be borne by the Buyer. Moreover, the Seller cannot be held responsible for delivery delays due to errors or disruptions caused by carriers (including partial or total strikes by postal services, transport means, and/or communication).
The Buyer will be notified by email of the imminent dispatch of their order. If delivery is delayed by more than three days from the date indicated in the shipping email, the Seller suggests that the Buyer check with their local post office to see if the package is being held, and if necessary, inform the Seller of the delay by email.
Upon receiving their order, the Buyer is required to check the condition of the packaging of the goods at the time of delivery and report any damages to the carrier on the delivery slip and to the Seller within two business days.
The Seller will then contact La Poste to initiate an investigation. A La Poste investigation can take up to 21 business days from its opening date. If the product is found during this time, it will be immediately redirected to the Buyer. If the product is not found after the 21 business days of investigation, La Poste will consider the package lost. Only after this period will the Seller send a replacement product to the Buyer at their expense. If the ordered items are no longer available, the Seller will refund the Buyer for the amount of the items lost by the carrier.
Article 12 – Delivery Issues Caused by the Carrier
Any anomaly regarding delivery (damage, missing product compared to the delivery slip, damaged package, broken items…) must be reported on the delivery slip in the form of "handwritten reserves", accompanied by the Buyer's signature.
In the case of a shipment sent via La Poste, if a package arrives opened or damaged (particularly with the presence of the yellow "La Poste" tape), it is essential that the Buyer has the postal worker or post office issue a "loss report" (report no. 170) so that the Seller can initiate an investigation and compensation process.
Article 13 – Delivery Errors – Non-conforming Items
The Buyer must submit any claim regarding a delivery error and/or non-conformity in nature or quality of the items received compared to the order details to the Seller on the day of delivery or at the latest on the first business day following the delivery date. Any claim submitted after this period will be rejected without recourse. Claims must be submitted by email to the following address: shop@xrayproduction.com. Any claim not made according to the above procedures and within the specified time frame will not be taken into account and will release the Seller from any responsibility towards the Buyer. Any product to be exchanged or refunded must be returned within eight (8) business days from the date of receiving the Seller’s return approval, in its entirety, to the following address: X-RAY PRODUCTION - Shop – 2 avenue Léon Gambetta – 92120 MONTROUGE. To be accepted, any return of a non-conforming product must first be reported to the Seller's Customer Service. Failure to follow the above procedure will result in the refusal of any claim for non-conformity or apparent defect of the delivered items.
RETURNS
You have 14 days to return your item(s) and request a refund. The costs incurred for your return remain your responsibility. Please refer to the rest of the text for all the details.
HOW TO RETURN MY ITEM(S)?
If you want to return an item, you have every right to do so, as long as it is within 14 days after receiving the package, provided that:
- The TEXTILE items have not been worn or washed
- The CDs, VINYLS, CASSETTES, AND POSTERS are intact and in their original packaging Any return not meeting these conditions will be refused.
All refunds (excluding shipping, see "Delivery" section) will be made via the payment method used to complete your purchase (Stripe or Paypal).
Return shipping costs are not covered by X-Ray Production.

Or to the Mondial Relay pickup point (the address is on the shipping label of your package).
To proceed with the return of your order, simply note the reason for the return on a separate sheet of paper, whether you want an exchange or a refund, and your order number.
Regarding the packaging of your return package for vinyls, CDs, cassettes, and posters, please return it in its original shipping packaging or in a box.
Returns may take up to 7 days to reach us, and refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Returns from International Destinations (outside France and outside the European Union)
For orders placed from international destinations, outside of France and the European Union, returns are possible under the following conditions:

Return Shipping Costs: The shipping costs related to the return of the product are the responsibility of the customer.

Customs Fees and Taxes: Any customs fees, import taxes, and other charges associated with returns of goods from international destinations will also be the responsibility of the customer. We will not cover these fees, and they may be deducted from your refund if we are required to pay them to retrieve your package.

Return Procedure: To avoid delays or additional charges, we recommend that you contact us before initiating an international return to obtain detailed instructions and the correct return address.

Refund Conditions: The refund will be processed after the return product is received and its condition verified, excluding customs fees and shipping costs.
